Zoology is the science of animals and the environment in which they live. The Department of Zoology has a long tradition of quality research and teaching across many sub-disciplines of zoology, including animal diversity, ecology, toxicology, anatomy, physiology, behavior, embryology and research methodology. First year modules are introductory courses, while second year modules cover anatomy, physiology and animal diversity.
