Biography:

Mr. Mgobhozi Lucky, a lecturer in the Department of Nursing Science at University of Zululand. He obtained his undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science at Durban University of Technology in 2013. He went further to pursue his studies at University of KwaZulu-Natal, and he manage to complete his master’s degree in Nursing (2017). While then He was working at Untunjambili District Hospital as a Professional Nurse working at Operating Theatre (Gynae & Obstetric), Out-patient. However, he also worked as a Clinical Facilitator at Ludumo Nursing College (part-time job) for 2 to 3 years.

 

Mr Mgobhozi continued to seek educational opportunities and he decided to study Health Service Education: Nursing Education in North-West University which he completed in 2019. He further obtained his postgraduate diploma in primary health care with University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2020.

He was previously employed as a Lecturer at Walter Sisulu University, teaching Midwifery and Primary health care until 2022. Currently he is doing his PhD at the University of Zululand where he is employed.
