Biography:

Tsepiso Buthelezi has been a lecturer at the University of Zululand for 15 years and currently the Department of Science Access (Augmented Programme) and has been lecturing for 14 years in the Access Science Department access. Buthelezi started lecturing in the Department of Physics in February 2006, where he lectured the following modules: Circuit Theory (2nd year module), Introduction to Atomic and Nuclear Physics, Principles of Physics, Elementary Mechanics, Introduction to wave motion and heat, Electricity and magnetism and General Physics (1st year modules).

Lecture’s the following modules (in the Augmented Programme)

Classical Mechanics and Properties of Matter (4LPH111), Classical Mechanics and Properties of Matter for Biological Sciences (4LPH121) and Electromagnetism, Nuclear and Modern Physics (4LPH112)

Qualifications:
Hons (Crop Science) (University of Zimbabwe), MSc. (Crop Physiology) (Reading University, UK), PhD Agronomy (Queensland, AUS) “Effects of Ca Vegetative and reproductive  growth of groundnut in nutrient solution”

Research interests: 

high energy Physics.
