Biography:

Professor Albert Basson is a full Professor in the field of Microbiology at the University of Zululand at Kwa-Dlangezwa campus. He holds a DSc (Microbiology) and has lectured for 30 years Microbiology

Qualifications:
BSc (Microbiology and Chemistry) North-West University, BSc Honours (Microbiology) North-West University, MSc (Microbiology), North-West University, DSc (Microbiology) University of Zululand and Medical Technology (SADF) registered with the HPCSA

Awards at the University of Zululand prize giving from 2015 -2021 for graduating MSc and PhD students and for publications.
