Biography:
Ms Nokubonga Ngwane is a lab technician at the department of Consumer Science at the university of Zululand at the Kwa-Dlangezwa campus. she hold a Btech: Consumer Science: Food and Nutrition and ND: Consumer Science: Food and Nutrition. her Research interests are in product development. she also enjoys cake decorating/design.
