Biography:
Mr Ndou ZL is an nGAP Lecturer at the University of Zululand. He holds an M.Sc. degree in Agricultural Crop Protection (Entomology) and 4-year B.Sc. degree in Agricultural Plant Production. His teaching interests are in the areas of crop protection and agronomy. The area of research interest includes postharvest entomology, botanical pest control, biological control, insect ecology and biology.
Ndou has extensive teaching and research experience in the areas of crop protection, crop production and plant health.

Qualifications:

Research interests:
Current research interest focuses on the chemical ecology of plant-insect interactions. The past research line focuses on stored product entomology and the use of indigenous plant extracts as botanical insecticides against insect pests.
