The scientific programme committee for the 25th Biennial SAAFoST Congress is pleased to announce that abstracts submissions are now open. The Congress will be held in Cape Town, South Africa from 28 – 30 August 2023. It will be an in-person Congress.
The theme for the SAAFoST Congress is “Future Foods: Smarter & More Sustainable Solutions” highlighting some of the global food science related challenges and the need for different approaches to solving them.
