Biography:

Mrs NT Makhoba is dedicated and detail-oriented administrative secretary with 22 years of experience providing exceptional support to the Department of Nursing Science. Proven track record of effectively coordinating administrative tasks, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records. Skilled in Microsoft office and Electronic Medical Records. Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills with Ability to work collaboratively with Faculty, Staff, and Students. Committed to delivering high quality support to facilitate the Department’s Mission and Goals.

Qualifications:
Mrs NT Makhoba hold a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, Honors Bachelor of Arts (Department of Sociology), where she gained a deep understanding of social structures, Institutions, and Relationships. Additionally, she completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), a prestigious program that has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to excel in education settings. Also, she is registered with the South African Council for the Educators (SACE). She has also attended various workshops and training sessions on advanced office management and administrative skills, on customer services and business communication skills, ensuring that her skills are up-to-date and align with industry standards.
